Below you will find some brief instructions on how to submit your media piece for the ppt introductory slide (Sunday YG service). Selections will be made by the Media team, but please do not feel discouraged if yours is not selected every week. They will be based on what is good for our community as a whole. Questions are always welcome, and these guidelines will be reviewed and updated every few months or so!

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING MEDIA
The purpose of the media piece is to express and share with our YG community how God has worked in your everyday life. This doesn’t mean, though, that there won’t be any room for freedom and creativity. As long as you can stick to these guidelines below, your sharing will be very welcomed by everyone and may even help any one of your YG peers today.
We just ask that you:
· Do not use profanity.
· Be respectful of others.
· Make sure you have the permission of anyone that is seen or mentioned in the media piece.
· Ask one thing in preparation: Is this glorifying God?
Submission Guidelines:
· Please include your name, or whether you would like to remain anonymous.
· You may include a title (optional).
· You may submit more than one piece. If you are, please indicate if there is an order of liking in case we have to select from them.
You may use any of the following formats. These are preferred (in order) but not required:
o Pictures: TIFF, PNG, JPEG
o Art: TIFF, PNG, JPEG
o Text (only): Word doc, PDF
o Video: MP4
And the following are some suggestions, just to help you get a better idea:
1) Bible verse
->A separate attachment is not required, but please do if you have a specific font or design in mind.
->You may also include just one or two sentences of sharing along with your verse.

Psalm 104:31 May the glory of the Lord endure forever, may the Lord rejoice in His works.

2) Photo
->This can be a photo you took, or found (please give credit to the owner).
->You may choose to add captions (e.g. words, quotes, bible verse, etc.) But sometimes a photo can speak for itself as well. This is up to you.
3) Art/Design
->This can also be something you created, found, or received.
4) Other
->Or anything else you would like to share.
But most of all, we hope that it is in the process of submitting your piece that you will get to think more about God, talk more to Him, read His Word, and grow closer to Him..
